The phone system (or PBX) within a business is the most critical element.
Mark has worked with many different businesses advising them on their phone system requirements, project managing the phone system installs and even going as far as installing the phone system himself.
For “Customer R” the PBX was installed with a tapi link into their AutoCAB software allowing information of the customer calling in to be displayed as the call is answered. This meant the agent could answer the call with the customers name and knew where they lived to quickly book a taxi from.
